I have been with them since they were interramp, then mindspring and now Earthlink. Earthlink Hosting is just not a good deal. It is very simple to sign up, which is obviously a plus, but the product itself is not cost effective. They always seem to be up on the latest improvements and are very customer orientated. Most of all, they seem to really care about their customers.
